REFUNDS and CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation:

  • User will not be able cancel the order, once user receives the order confirmation details.
  • User is not liable to change the order, once the order details are received to the customer via email/SMS
  • If the item is unavailable after placing the order, we will inform you well in advance and provide you option to completely cancel the order or option to select different items. In such an occurrence user shall be entitled to refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Tezzfood reserve the right to cancel the order in following circumstances:
    • Failure to deliver the order due to lack/incomplete information while delivering the order
    • Failed to contact the customer on phone or email at the time of confirming the order.
    • Wrong order being delivered
    • All the items ordered by the user are not available at the selected restaurant’
    • Failure to deliver the order, because of the reasons which are beyond our control.
    • In the occurrence, where the mailing address is outside our delivery zones.

Refunds:

1. You are entitled to refund only in the case of pre-payment and based on the following circumstances:

    • Wrong order being delivered
    • Partial order being delivered.
    • Order packaging is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery
    • Fail to contact the customer via phone or mail while confirming the order
    • In occurrence where the mailing addresses provided by the user our outside of our delivery zones.

NOTE: All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 4-7 business days with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.

2. In case of Cash on Delivery opted by the user, the user shall not pay based on the following circumstances:

    • Wrong order being delivered
    • Partial order being delivered.
    • Order packaging is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery
    • Fail to contact the customer via phone or mail while confirming the order
    • In occurrence where the mailing addresses provided by the user our outside of our delivery zones.
